Zusammenfassung
Die Entstehung eines Magenwandabszesses kann verschiedene Ursachen haben. Wir berichten
über einen Patienten, bei dem der ausgeprägte Befund eines Magenwandabszesses im Bereich
der Magenhinterwand bzw. des -antrums nachgewiesen werden konnte. Die endoskopische
Inzision sowie die antibiotische Therapie erbrachte einen optimalen Behandlungsverlauf.
Abstract
The genesis of gastric wall abscesses has many different causes. We report about a
31-year-old man, in whom we found an enormous gastric wall abscess by upper GI-endoscopy
and endoscopic ultrasound. The endoscopic incision of the mucosa and the antibiotic
treatment leaded to an optimal result of complete healing.
